Our team is led by Nic Griffith, a former Army Officer with 15 years of service and a passion for property investment. Nic has used his experiences and expertise to build a substantial property portfolio and is now dedicated to helping others do the same.
Nic's journey as an Army Officer and a property investor has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and experiences, both positive and negative. He leverages this knowledge to educate and guide others, helping them avoid common mistakes and fast-track their investment journey.

He spent 15 years as an army officer while also building a substantial property portfolio, gaining valuable experience and insights along the way. After retiring from the military, Nic transitioned to become a full-time investor, trainer, and business owner, helping others achieve their financial goals through property investment.
